A published terminology video describes the buff as lasting 10 seconds with a 30 second cooldown, and describes three Commanders used in sequence for full uptime. Treat those timings as that video's explanation, and confirm the current ability text in a match. The expired code BLOXY21 gave a Bloxy skin, and HAPPY3AST3R! gave a Spring Time skin.

Place Commander so its range covers the towers you actually want to buff. One Commander cannot cover the whole map. In a party, stagger the ability instead of pressing it on the same second.
